#11  My take-away is that BLM is really lousy at choosing martyrs.

#9  The guy that was shot prided himself as being a gangster. This is how gangsters go down.

#8  Except we have a Revolutionary Regime that exploits insurrection - of both the actual and the imagined varieties

#7  One Ma-deuce and proper rules of engagement would end this. This is insurrection and should be dealt with accordingly.

#6  Several decades ago they had a rapist running around Killen , Texas . He hit a house on the base but the husband was home so he started to run . The Husband ran after him and shot him with a shot gun in his front yard. He call the police . The law then stated you couldn't shoot outside your house. As he started to talk to the Police, an officer came on the phone and stated , "You shot him inside you home , didn't you!. When the police leisurely arrived , they followed the blood trail from the front yard into the house. The crusty old policeman said , " Sure glad you shot the sunabitch inside your house . We've been trying to nail him for a month . "

#5  #1 the Count has it exactly right.

Detroit and Newark never recovered from the riots in the late 60s. Other cities, while not quite so badly off, also never reached what they had been. The emergence of the phrase "Rust Belt" in the 1970s was not an accident.

#4  Minnesota law allows you to use deadly force, including shooting an intruder, to prevent a felony from occurring in your home. Outside the home, you're SOL.
There are the usual weasel words meaning you can use deadly force outside the home if a) you can't retreat and b) there would be great bodily harm to you or another. I wouldn't want to argue that in a MN court tho.

#3  A REMINDER TO ANTI-FArt & BLOM
Careful what you do in these states.
States that have passed Stand Your Ground laws include:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona,Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.

States with a "Duty to Retreat"
These are your Liberal Masochist buddies that have opened the doors for you to inflect all types of Uncivilized hurt, damages and etc...

Duty to Retreat States (as of 4/9/21):
Arkansas* New law for a modified Stand Your Ground takes affect in 07/01/21. Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, and Ohio

So Chose wisely, Chose carefully.

#2  BLM is not a political movement, it is a façade for organized crime; i.e. this is a call for rioting, looting and potential murder of law enforcement personnel. RICO laws must be applied to this and supporting groups, as this annoucement is an open statement to commit crime (conspiracy), riot, a crime. Any State, County, or Municipal government and law enforcement organization under their command which fails to attempt to enforce civil order would not be complying with their oath of office and could be subject to at best recall and dismissal from office, at worst criminal charges of malfeasance while in office.

Be aware citizens in these Municipalities and abutting jurisdictions, your safety and that of your families may rest solely in your hands.

God forbid that we revisit the mayhem of riots of years past.

#1  Either the Guard gets called out, or those cities will become sh*tholes where no normal working person will dream of starting a business or family. I.e. The post-1967 Detroit model
