#5 Loved watching the video of the fat bald cop struggle to get his OC spray out. Someone who wanted to skin his ass had time for a cup of coffee first. |

#4 He had his hands outside the window. They kept telling him to get out but how was he supposed to do that without putting his hands back inside and risk getting shot? |

#3 They keep saying that the LEO gave "lawful orders", I don't think it means what you think it means. |

#2 NOTE: I WATCHED THE VIDEO W/O AUDIO OK watched the video by the 2nd officer responding. At 10sec to 30 sec. his odometer shows normal speeds with the BLUES lit up responding . On arrival #2 and sees 1st officer of scene already had weapon drawn. Adopting the same threat level #2 draws his weapon and establishes a alternative vantage point. 1st officer appears to be issuing verbal orders to the suspect. Given the suspect is NOT exiting the vehicle, it appears the officers have a combative suspect. The media mentions a UNIFORM. But what is only seen by officers is a BDU Field Jacket. Which can be purchased at any Flea Market or Thrift store. A common BLOM / Protestor attire. From From #2 arrival to 3:50 the suspect has refused Officer #1's orders. From about 3:58 to about 4:23 Officer #1 attempts to unlock the door and have the suspect exit and fails. At about 4:26 or about 3+ mins AFTER officer #2 arrived, Officer #2 uses non- lethal force (MACE) to bring the argumentative suspect under control. A suspect that appears to still be engaging debate and refusing follow lawful orders. 4:23 to 5:10 Officer #2 sprays the suspect multiple times. Officer #1 can be seen with a puzzled look on his face at this point. Around 5:20 the door is open the suspect is unable to see. Still strapped in by a seat belt. It can be seen the suspect is in military uniform not thrift store stuff. At 5:56 the suspect exits vehicle and placed on the ground. I don't see a Club or etc... NOTE: Like I said I watch the video w/o Audio. So was the officer fired to avoid greater BLM/WOKE Protest/Riot issues? Or do we need to see more video? |

#1 WRONG Assault can not be condoned, officer is representative of the State and defender of its laws, Military is not supreme: firing authority is weak and uneducated in its responsibility to all citizens and its officer should not be summarily punished without an internal tribunal, at which the US Military is called to speak on behalf of it's member's actions. |
