Months after Pres. Trump complaints, some courts are finding irregularities in 2020 elections
2021-03-18
[Just the News] Long after former President Donald Trump dropped his legal challenges to the 2020 election, some courts in battleground states are beginning to declare the way widespread absentee ballots were implemented or counted violated state laws.

The latest ruling came this month in Michigan, where the State Court of Claims concluded that Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's instructions on signature verification for absentee ballots violated state law.

Benson had instructed local election clerks a month before the Nov. 3 election to start with a "presumption" that all signatures on absentee ballots were valid and only reject those that had "multiple significant and obvious" inconsistencies. Republicans and one election clerk challenged her instructions in court.

#8  If i were a fly on the wall i’ll bet i would have heard Roberts give an impassioned speech about how is they took this on it would insure the certain doom of a 9 justice court and fhe demise of fhe power of the judicial branch, not to mention certain personal consequences that might befall their personal futures. This was a guts-balls election theft for all the marbles, and i am certain the Marxist went all in on hardball tactics.
They won and fhe court will atrophy into another vestigial process for window dressing the dictats of the Presidium.

#7  Of course they are, now that it does not matter. They were terrified of doing so when it mattered.

#5  But a school principle rigging an election is busted within hours.

I guess this is the "whoopsie oops oh well" stage act.

#4  four years is a short time to get any kind of legal changes made to elections when you have no standing before the election and it doesn't matter after according to our own high court.

Legislatures need to make the change and they need to hold rogue election officials accountable, legally.

#1

But will it or has it changed one election where Fraud or Illegal processes were used?

Questions:

I am wondering if trump was looking at the Long Game like a fox when he dropped his court challenges?

Was he setting the stage for a 2022 congressional take over, like happened in 2014 under Obama? Where the House and Senate both were Republican Controlled?
