| Judge signals he may unseal Fulton County absentee ballots for fraud investigation |

| [Washington Examiner] A Georgia judge indicated he could move to unseal Fulton County's absentee ballots for an investigation over alleged fraud during the November general election. Voting integrity advocate Garland Favorito filed a lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court alleging fraudulent ballots were cast and other irregularities happened while ballots were counted at State Farm Arena on Nov. 3, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Although state officials have dismissed those claims, Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero, who is overseeing the case, signaled on Monday that he might order the absentee ballots to be unsealed and reviewed by a team hired by Favorito, the co-founder of the conservative Voter GA group that filed suit in December. Amero said at the hearing he is seeking a concise plan for maintaining the security of the ballots if a decision is made permitting an audit to commence. |

| #3 Took just a little digging. GA. ABSENTEE BALLOTS Fulton Co. had 529,795 absentee votes cast Nov. 3rd, 2020. The Unzip file for #60 (Fulton co.) is 118,408KB Created Nov. 16th, 2020 at 3:56am Should we provide the pointer to the Judge? ☺ |

The Data it contains: County Voter Registration # Last Name,First Name, Middle Name,Suffix Street #, Street Name, Apt/Unit, City, State, Zip Code, Mailing Street #, Mailing Street Name, Mailing Apt/Unit, Mailing City, Mailing State, Mailing Zip Code, Application Status, Ballot Status, Status Reason, Application Datem Ballot Issued Date, Ballot Return Date, Ballot Style, Ballot Assisted, Challenged/Provisional, ID Required, Municipal Precinct, County Precinct, CNG, SEN, HOUSE, JUD, Combo #, Vote Center ID, Ballot ID, Post #, and Party. Richmond Co. GA County had 36,947 Absentee voters out of ?#####? Votes cast. The ?#####? is because the Official Board of Election Website returns "SERVICE CALL FAILED ... now when clicking on any past election data. (as of 8:46am) http://appweb2.augustaga.gov/election/results/electab_gen_2020 However the Local Liberal owned and run Newspaper reported 87,100+ votes, up 11,000+ votes since and 2016. BTW: Hummmm!!
