#2  Architects can be amazingly tone deaf. Here in the middle of Tornado Alley the "decoration" in front of the new library is a large hollow wire cone holding a whirlpool of pages -- a tornado. How *ugh* cute. I really hope the next microburst tears this hubris into tatters.
