| [NeoVaginaDisasters] Here’s a particularly sad story. For those who do not know, an "orchiectomy" is the removal of testicles but not the creation of a "neovagina." Although this is not full SRS, it’s considered a form of SRS and often a lead-up to the full monty. Well, an orchiectomy is precisely what the victim below endured. They were "devastated" by the loss of libido, leading them to think that their transition "was only a fetish and I straight up ruined everything." Unfortunately, they realized this a little too late — the surgery is irreversible.  |
