| Palace Employee Wounded, Driver Killed in Blast |

| [ToloNews] Fazel Fazly, head of the administrative office of the President, has confirmed that Jawid Wali, deputy of the coordination of advisers' affairs, has been "critically maimed" in an IED blast this morning, and his driver Bahramuddin was killed. Initially, police said one civilian was killed and two others were maimed in a blast targeting a car in Kabul city on Thursday morning. The blast occurred around 8:10am local time when a mine went kaboom!and targeted a Corolla-model car in Chehel Sutoon area in PD7 of Kabul city Thursday morning, the statement said. The maimed were transferred to the hospital for treatment, police said. No group has immediately grabbed credit for the blast. |
