In 2007 Mark Allen Campbell, who now prefers to go by Nicole Rose Campbell, of Waupun, Wisconsin was arrested for sexually assaulting and abusing his 10-year-old daughter and was sentenced to 34 years in prison. In December 2020 a federal judge declared that Campbell at age 49, now identifying as a transgender woman, has a Constitutional right to gender affirmation surgery, paid by the taxpayers. Racine Correctional Institute, a men's prison, where Campbell has been housed has allowed Campbell to dress in women's clothing and wear make-up. Campbell has received taxpayer-funded hormone treatments and counseling since being incarcerated. In 2013, six years into the prison term, Campbell requested gender confirmation surgery. At the time, Campbell's request was denied. In 2016, Campbell filed a lawsuit claiming that Campbell's Eighth Amendment rights had been violated as Department of Corrections officials were "indifferent" to Campbell's "medical needs." The suit claims that Campbell was forced to suffer under the cruel and unusual punishment of not allowing Campbell to undergo drastic body modification surgery that would destroy Campbell's reproductive system and sexual health.

| #6 IT will be moved to Taycheedah Correctional (women's prison) where the inmates have a much lower opinion than their male counterparts regarding sexual predators. And there are some really nasty folks staying there. |

| #5 Worth Repeating. Transgender is a mental Illness that is well documented to lead to a increased suicide rate of 50+% for males seeking a female "appearance". Compare this to the US Male hetero-sexual community of 1.34 per 10,000. The Transgender 50/50 vs. Male hetero-sexual the 1.34 in 10,000 is a BIG difference. So Hang Loose ☺.... The odds are this He/She-It will eliminate himself from the food chain in the next 5 years. Clearly because some PC panty weight decided its OK to treat this Mental Illness issue with a knife for PC touchy-feely reasons. Instead doing some basic sexual counseling to find the reason for this mental abnormality? |
