| Child's Family Say Kidnappers Wore Military Uniforms |

| [ToloNews] The mother of Abdul Rauf, an 8-year-old kidnapped in Afghanistan’s northern Balkh province, has lost the energy to talk after the abduction a month ago in Mazar-e-Sharif city. The child’s family members have said that the kidnappers were wearing military uniforms on the day they kidnapped Abdul Rauf.
