| [NYT via Yahoo] WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump’s refusal to concede the election has entered a more dangerous phase as he stokes resistance and unrest among his supporters and spreads falsehoods aimed at undermining the integrity of the American voting system. More than a week after President-elect Joe Biden was declared the winner, Trump continues to block his successor’s transition, withholding intelligence briefings, critical information about the coronavirus pandemic and access to the vast machinery of government that Biden will soon oversee. Some former top advisers to Trump have said that his refusal to cooperate is reckless and unwise. John F. Kelly, Trump’s former chief of staff, called it "crazy" on Friday. John R. Bolton, the president’s former national security adviser who wrote a scathing memoir about his time in the administration, said the refusal "harms the country." |

| #8 Those margins are thin enough to have a re-count asked for anyways, nevermind the outrageous performance outliers. What they are calling gridlock is what is called due process and it is our right to have the count certified and accepted; so what they are talking about is taking away your rights. Imagine if you would, a jury trial. While the jury is meeting, different jurors keep getting messages from the media telling what the verdict is and why. Jury influencing is so off the table, I'm not sure even Law and Order has an episode about it. Yet, here this is. As Bill Whittle explains, President Elect is an actual legal definition requiring the completion of a process. I can't call myself a Master Electrician until I get the test results back, no matter how much the town crier tells people at the bar that I am. Hell, even Maury Povich Show has to wait for official results. |

| #6 Who's the 'official' estimator? What do they say? Used to be the Park Service, but it got too political and they won't do it anymore. It's immaterial anyway, since anyone who takes "million" literally is a child. "We do not take an oath to a king or a queen, a tyrant or a dictator. We do not take an oath to an individual," Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said in a speech on Wednesday. "We take an oath to the Constitution." And then ignore the chain of command and do whatever the hell you want, apparently. |
