| #19 That article about Roberts is pre-election. I think if it goes to the Supremes it'll be specific to can the Supreme court change laws when that's the legislature's job. With those fine parameters I don't think he has a choice. |

In Pennsylvania for example their Supreme court changed vote counting date but that was not in their power to do so. Trump has a well planned strategy. He has had several years to plan this trap and expose the swap corruption.He bleeds them everyday.Then presents a calm in the storm to even play golf. |

| #7 Even if there's clear evidence of massive fraud I predict the court will dismiss any challenge on procedural grounds like standing, just to preserve the peace. So, in addition to the familiar techniques of fraud and chicanery the courts would be establishing an entirely new precedent in this country: political violence as a proven successful tactic in national elections. Don't be surprised if / when violence is met with equal or superior violence. In trying to preserve the peace, these judges may find that they've shattered it for good. |

| #4 The left's violent disposition makes some sense in light of possible court decisions concerning the integrity of the election. If there's real documented fraud some court would have to decide whether to uphold the law and displease a political faction with a proven capability to inflict economically devastating violence. The alternative for the court would be ignoring the fraud and thereby alienating a more than mostly peaceful faction that is ideologically predisposed to submit to the authority of established institutions. Even if there's clear evidence of massive fraud I predict the court will dismiss any challenge on procedural grounds like standing, just to preserve the peace. |
