| #1 A CIA program known as “Scorecard” allows its users to change voting outcomes by hacking into the transfer between local reporting stations and state or national data centers. Don't transfer these ballots to a central point until they are closely supervised, documented and certified at the local level. Don't rely on transfer software. That doesn't get the election out of the soup this election. To do that, every ballot in these battleground states has to be physically examined. Toss out everything that does not pass legal muster or is questionable. CV-19 cannot be used as an excuse for conducting an election that the American people can accept as having integrity. |
