| #4 Two goals with the fireworks: injure officers and triggering a proper response with return fire. Then the press will say the police over-reacted to "fireworks", and eventually "firecrackers", and paint the dead as innocents instead of the fascists they really are. |

| #2 Mortar rounds at ground level can inflict serious burns and ear concussions. My point is they ain't firecrackers. Folks here will throw them off their docks. Seeing the bursts at eye level give an impressive perspective. Whoever threw these needs prison time. |

| #1 I have not seen law enforcement use the most effective anti-riot tool available and I do not know why. High pressure water. It can knock you out, give you black eyes, nose bleeds and ruptured ear drums and that may be why. |
