attacked a security checkpoint in the Khaaristan region, west of the scenic provincial capital, Firuzkuh, Sunday night, but holy warrior offensive were repulsed by the security forces and people uprising unit.

Mohammad Aref Aber, the front man for the governor of Ghor, said eight bandidos turbans were killed and six others were maimed during four hours of heavy festivities.

Khaaristan is located west of Firuzkuh, the capital of Ghor province, this regional part is reported to have been under constant holy warrior offenses and attacks.

This comes at a time when a boom-mobile went kaboom! in the city of Firuzkuh killing at least 15 civilians and 151 others, including women and kiddies were maimed.

Security officials in Ghor blame the Taliban for the blast, but no one has yet claimed the responsibility for murdering dozens of civilians.
