| #3 If the police REFUSE or cannot Protect the citizens safety and private property, then do like we use to do in "less trying and challenging times". We just officially notify the Sheriff /Chief Of Police in writing that ________; is forming a Community Watch & Protection Group to address the issues beyond the current abilities of the Law Enforcement. Leak a copy to the Media. The 2 times I have seen this tactic used, I was amazed how quickly the proper resources are found. Especially if the head of Law Enforcement is ELECTED and no appointed. |
