Hey Joe Biden, If Antifa Is an 'Idea,' Who Is Burning Down American Cities?
2020-10-04
[PJMEDIA] In the first presidential debate on Tuesday, Democratic nominee Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'...
cited FBI Director Christopher Wray in claiming that "antifa’s an idea, not an organization." The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) released a powerful ad exposing just how absurd Biden’s statement was, in light of the violent mostly peaceful and deadly riots across America this summer."If Antifa
...the armed wing of the Democratic Party...
is only an idea then who is burning down our cities, assaulting our law enforcement officers, and causing the violence we’ve seen over the last four months?" Adam Piper, RAGA’s executive director, asked in a statement.

"Biden’s remarks don’t come as a surprise to anybody who has paid attention to the Democrats’ recent rhetoric. As lives and livelihoods are being destroyed by lawless liberal mobs across the country, Democrat attorneys general are either encouraging the violence or downplaying its existence," Piper warned. "Voters this November must hold Democrats up and down the ballot accountable for their recklessness and incitement of this violence."

The ad begins with the damning debate footage of Joe Biden.

"I’ll tell you what, somebody’s got to do something about antifa and the Left," President Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
begins.

"Antifa’s an idea, not an organization," Biden responds.

"Oh? You gotta be kidding me," Trump says.

Then the ad zeroes in on the destruction of the riots. As rioters burn buildings and attack coppers, text on the screen asks, "Can an idea... burn down buildings? Can an idea... commit violence?"

Rioters shout, "Death to America!" and burn the American flag.

"An idea didn’t create this anarchy. An organization did," the text reads. "Why won’t Joe Biden condemn violent mostly peaceful left-wing organizations?"

Then the ad powerfully concludes with Biden’s declaration, "I am the Democratic Party
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
right now."

#3  Freedom is an idea too. So are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The arena of ideas is a cage match. No wonder the toadies in academe want ideas that might hurt or kill their desired outcomes banned.

#2  An emergent organization, inspired and supported by the "progressive" wing (Soros, Bernie, AOC) of the Democratic Party.

The traditional Dem wing tries to maintain plausible deniability re Antifa even as they stoke Antifa-BLM violence which can then be attributed to Trump and his "chaos."

This resembles what the CIA has done repeatedly with subversive organizations in Latin America and what State Department's Victoria Nuland & others tried to do in Kiev and Moscow.

Look up McFaul's recent piece about how Democrats can learn from these examples of fomenting "color revolutions" and apply them to their own insurrection here in the US.

#1  It is an "idea" by design. Who is the leader of Antifa in the sense of the leader of an organization? Who is the second in command of Antifa in an organizational sense? What Biden did was slip up. He told the world that Antifa is a concept that he and the rest of the Democrat elite understand so well that Antifa was most likely an idea conceived and directed from the shadows by them.
