NYPD clash with BLM protesters standing among diners in Manhattan as Seattle descends into chaos and Portland erupts on the fourth night of Breonna Taylor unrest across the US
2020-09-27
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Chaotic scenes have been witnessed in some of the country's biggest cities on Saturday night

  • In New York, a peaceful protest turned to chaos after police closed in on Black Lives Matter supporters who had been standing on a sidewalk in the West Village, feet away from diners

  • In Louisville, despite a 9pm curfew, protesters were on the street into the small hours of the morning

  • The American flag was burned in scenes of violent unrest on the streets of Portland, Oregon

  • Up the coast, in Seattle, dumpsters were set alight in the Capitol Hill area of the city in scenes that have been repeated throughout the week

  • Two people were also struck by a car and injured on Saturday during a Southern California demonstration involving members of Black Lives Matter and counter-protesters near Los Angeles

#4  ^ To me, some of the heroes in this insanity are the Portland Police, who stand there night after night while meth-crazed weirdos scream at them, read out their home addresses, and wish for their deaths (and that's just the Portland City Council.) I would have gotten the shotgun out of the trunk a long time ago.

#3  It's revolution. Opposition is being taunted, dared to resist, presumably because the revolutionaries believe they have the numbers now to win. And they will win, until they actually incite counter-revolution, at which point everybody loses. To their 'masters' that too is a win.

#2  I've got a few questions for the govmint:

1. Are you telling us that white supremacists are the biggest threat to the U.S.?
2. Are you telling us ANTIF and BLM are "not" nationally funded and organized?
3. Are you saying our eyes and ears are lying to us?
4. Are you trying to gaslight us?

Give us some credit and a break.

#1  A good round up of events covered in individual articles below, with the usual photos and videos. It’s nice to see the police being permitted to act by their Democratic political masters.
