#6 Could they have broken the Navajo Code Talkers language? An interesting question. One layer of "encryption" was being in Navajo, which is not widely spoken. Add to that, the language was a code - words and phrases had assigned meanings other than their literal value. Example: the Navajo word "hummingbird" meant helicopter. Given that you would not have a lot of text (or audio) to work from, I'd say it'd be a bitch. |
