| #2 The Mayor and Governor of Washington need to put a end to these riots. Put in a curfew, say sun-up to sun-down and arrest anyone wandering around after curfew. Sort them out later. If that doesn't work, bring in the National Guard and give them clear ROEs that include shooting rioters. These people are dangerous feral packs. |
