#15  And hold the DA responsible. If this POS starts another fire, and someone is killed, the DA should face a very long time in a federal pound-me-in-the-ass Prison. (Or better yet a state prison where he can meet some of the people he sentenced...)

#14  So he was convicted of misdemeanor arson? Seriously, he plead guilty to Felony ARSON and got 45 days undolubtedly with credit for time served? That judge needs to be impeached or fired. This is why the feds need to cross deputize all the local LEOs and prosecute federally. The DA is also a part of the problem since the charges were clearly dropped.

#11  When people lose the trust in the Justice system, that is when vigilante stuff happens. And it almost always carries the death penalty.

#10  Was the DA one of Soros' bought DAs? 45 days for felony arson to a police station has to be a joke. I had to check to see if this was the Bee. Next, they'll be wanting to give this jamoke the Nobel Peace Prize.

#7  Sets exactly the wrong precedent.

Serious crimes should have serious punishment. That's why it's a "felony."
