#13  You mean this little excitement, Dale? The Frank Nitty BLM group walking cross country to get to the Al Sharpton march in Washington, DC?

#12  #9 Yes TW. I guess I live too close to that area. Bedford County ,PA. Spoke to a family close relation to woman who asked them to get off their property.

#11  US gov't killed 258,000 participants in an armed insurrection 150+ years ago.

#10  I think he means the Bedford County, PA situation where a homeowner fired a warning shotgun blast as "protesters" moved through town on their way to DC.

#9  The Bedford thing the other day left a lot of information out.

What Bedford thing, Dale?

#8  The Bedford thing the other day left a lot of information out. Isolated home. Knock at the door. Pregnant woman answers. She tells them to get off their private property. Closes the door and they push it open. Husband fires his shotgun. 9mm response is replied. They leave. Rumor they want to set fire to the courthouse. Estimated 500 locals show up. They call police. 6 FBI vehicles show up and transport group to State line with Maryland. Now onto DC for hymn singing and bible reading.

#7  Yes. This stopped being spontaneous, headless rioting a long time ago. This is national, this is coordinated directed supported and funded by national leaders

#6  #5 These insurrectionists don't seem to want to go into more rural areas.

They have tried a few times already. It did not ... go well.

#3  Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

How do complicit governors fit into this equation?

#2  Seems pretty straight forward to me.

18 U.S. Code § 2384.Seditious conspiracy

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

#1  So when are we going to call this what it is? An armed insurrection.

18 U.S. Code § 2383.Rebellion or insurrection

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
