Alvarez took the RNC stage on a night shared with fellow speakers Kimberly Guilfoyle, Donald Trump Jr., former governor of South Carolina Nikki Haley, and Sen. Tim Scott also of South Carolina. To start, Alvarez detailed the experience of his father, who only had a sixth grade education, he said. |

#3 If you want to know about socialism, ask a Cuban (who fled). Citizens of Venezuela are catching up fast though. And yet I once met a Cuban who spent time in North Korea and happily returned to Cuba. So YMMV. |
