| Democrats' ‘War Game' for Election Includes West Coast Secession, Possible Civil War |

| [Breitbart] Democrats are contemplating secession and potential civil war as they game out possible scenarios for a closely contested election, according to a report by Ben Smith in a New York Times column Sunday. The bulk of Smith’s column is devoted to the question of how the media will handle Election Night coverage, given that the result may not be known for weeks. Vote-by-mail, which many states have only recently adopted — ostensibly, to prevent the spread of coronavirus in polling places — could lead to an uncertain result. However, buried near the end of Smith’s column is a report that Democrats have participated in a "war game" in which they considered several possible outcomes of the election. In one scenario, John Podesta — the former chair of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, and a leading figure in party circles — played former Vice President Joe Biden, and refused to concede the election. The result: the threat of secession by the entire West Coast, followed by the possible intervention of the U.S. armed forces: |

| #10 I've said this before: I can't see Gavin Newsom organizing any kind of army. He is a corrupt slime ball, not a military leader. Just north of me is the Camp Pendleton Marine Base. Those guys could occupy Sacramento in short order and Newsom would be in jail awaiting trial for treason. |

| #7 I'm all for some of those cities leaving. Take Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, Los Angeles. Only kicker, we keep northern and eastern CA, Oregon and Washington. No water, electricity, fuel or food will be exported to your cities unless paid for. Those cities will be dead in 2 years. |

| #6 ...should have read the fine print, "Significant penalties for early withdraw" Try the Constitutional route. 2/3rds of the House and Senate and 3/4th states for approval. Though in California's case, it only requires a renegotiation with Mexico of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo with approval of 2/3rds of the Senate to return designated lands to Mexico. I'd hold out for an I-10 corridor to San Diego. |

| #4 Ref #2: Dims are going to cheat I'm still not convinced massive 'cheating' didn't happen in 2008 and 2012 as well. My confidence was severely shaken in the American voter on both occasions. The fact that a slick, quick talking Chicago/Kenyan hoodlum appeared to have gotten over 100 votes remains deeply troubling. |
