  • Sources have said that the consulate was well known as a center of spies

  • Chinese agents believed to have used the consulate to spy on medical research

#1  IMO, it's not so much medical research as knowing exactly what the planned vaccines will be like - so they can design their next bio-weapon to work around these vaccines.
