Mexico's President Andrés Manuel López Obrador stressed again he will not use force on drug cartels

The announcement was made Monday as the leftist leader addressed videos that showed the heavy weaponry at the hands of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel

The cartel has marked several Mexican security figures on a death list, including Mexico City's police chief who survived an assassination attempt in June

Government data released Monday showed there were 17,439 homicides in the first six months of 2020, an increase of 1.7 percent from the same period in 2019

Murders of women went up 9.2 percent from 2019 to 489

#4 Mexico is a narcostate with all the sham political props on display for the hostage citizens and foreign journalists. Ask anyone doing business in Mexico what the “bite” or “ silver or lead” means and you will get it.
