You must have incredible memories of the time you spent together and it’s friendship like yours that will help keep Shannon’s spirit alive for her sons. Thanks for sharing the news of the request to immortalize this brave soldier with the naming of a warship in her honor - a fitting tribute, indeed. I’m off to assign a Google alert to watch for updates. I’m sorry you lost your dear friend, two boys lost their amazing mother, and our country lost such a brave Patriot. Hassoon recalled how he was challenged by some of the swimming tests: “She took time to work with me, to make sure that I was prepared. She didn’t have to do that.” Kurds came to her rescue. Didn't "we" cut funding? Forgot. |
