| Border Authority thwarts weapons smuggling attempt |

| [Jpost] Israel's Border Authority thwarted an attempt to smuggle a hunting rifle and ammunition through a West Bank checkpoint on Sunday night. An Israeli vehicle that arrived at the checkpoint on Route 5 raised suspicion of a Border Authority agent. The hunting rifle and ammunition were found wrapped in a blanket during a search of the vehicle. |
