  • Dozens of pro- and anti-Trump protesters clashed in front of Trump Tower in New York City on Saturday

  • The clashes took place just days after a Black Lives Matter mural was painted on Fifth Avenue in front of tower

  • In Brooklyn, some 400 people demonstrated in support of the New York Police Department

  • They were met by some 20 counter-demonstrators carrying signs that read 'Black Lives Matter'

  • In Los Angeles, protesters denounced the police and the LA County Sheriff's Department on Saturday

  • Meanwhile, some 100 LAPD officers and their supporters held a rally to support the cops in downtown LA

  • In Burlington, North Carolina, Black Lives Matter protesters clashed with supporters of Confederate statues

#6  I‘ve just returned from spending a few hours in front of the Confederate Defender’s Monument with two dozen other wonderful people at the Battery in Charleston, SC. BLM was protesting across the street.
