| Blast Hits Police Vehicle In Kabul City |

| [ToloNews] A blast targeted a police vehicle in Kabul city on Wednesday morning, eyewitnesses said, with "one person injured" in the earth-shattering kaboom. The incident happened in Golaye Jamhuriat in PD11 Kabul, according to the eyewitnesses. "We were on the way to the office and we chose to go through this area where the blast happened," said Nooruddin, a policeman who was inside the vehicle and survived. "It was a roadside mine. There were two people in the vehicle, but we are not hurt," he said. However, we can't all be heroes. Somebody has to sit on the curb and applaud when they go by... security officials have not yet commented. No group has immediately grabbed credit for the blast. |
