I used to think that stories like this were the result of hard-headed investigative journalism. (stop laughing! I was young) Now we know they are the result of insider leaks to the press. Somebody wants you to know this. And they want you to know it now. It's always worth thinking about who that somebody might be and why they are sending this message. | #4 Quote seems odd because criminal justice reform has nothing to do with what we are seeing now. Releasing criminals during Covid and letting rioters go almost immediately have more to do with the ongoing troubles. |
