[RedState] Part Three below looks more closely at the actual sentencing proceeding, the activity of Zelinsky & Company as part of that sentencing process, and the degree to which their actions actually deviated from DOJ policy notwithstanding Zelinsky’s loud protests to the House Judiciary Committee and to the media that the prosecutors were subjected to improper political interference.
