In Chicago, no motive is necessary. How about just for the hell of it. Or I was in a bad mood. Or I'm sensitive about my height and these two little fu$kers stretched my last nerve. Or, I wanted to kill white people but black people were the only one's available. I wanted to try out the new gun I just stole? I was on crack.
