Officer charged with murder for shooting Rayshard Brooks dead is DENIED bond
2020-06-20
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] as he waives his right to appear in front of a judge
  • Former Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe, 27, was denied bond Friday

  • He is charged with felony murder and 10 other counts in the fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks last week

  • Rolfe waived his right to appear in front of a judge for Friday's hearing

  • Rolfe fired his gun twice after Brooks resisted arrest during a sobriety check gone wrong and grabbed an officer's taser

  • The officer, who was fired, has been moved from Fulton County Jail to another center in the metro area due to security concerns

  • The other officer on the scene, Devin Brosnan, has been charged with assault for allegedly standing on Brooks' shoulder after the man was shot

  • Brosnan was released from jail on bond and says he has 'full faith' in the criminal justice system

#5   "and 10 other counts"?

Fulton County DA Paul Howard is the subject of investigations for ethics and s3x harassment, Clem, and apparently is being strongly challenged for reelection as a result. It has been suggested here that he may be overcharging in order to motivate his core voters.

See Fulton DA took in $195,000 in supplemental salary, documents show for the ethics stuff.

#4  If #s 1 and 2 are true, only a very bloody housecleaning will suffice.
