Revolutionary Extremist Groups Lighting American Cities Ablaze – Where Was the FBI?
2020-06-02
Too busy ass-covering, shredding documents?
[AND] If you watched the video of the murder killing of George Floyd and were not horrified, I suggest you spend some time in intense self-reflection. I fear your immortal soul may be in peril. The man was murdered.

If you are engaged in peaceful protesting of Floyd’s killing, I support you fully. You are exercising your rights as an American citizen. You are demanding this nation do better and that there be a reckoning for a wrong done.

#22  82nd. Airborne stopped the Detroit riots, and yes they were locked and loaded including sniper teams. The national guard had taken casualties and LBJ activated the 3rd. bgd. to restore calm and we did.

#20  Yesterday Sen.Tom Cotton called on POTUS to invoke the Insurrection Act.

Coming soon.
Posted by: Lex   2020-06-02 11:41

#19  POTUS can use the Insurrection Act to deploy Regular Army troops in cities. \It's been done numerous times throughout the history of the United States and generally puts a quick end to the bullshi*.
Posted by: Besoeker   2020-06-02 11:37

#18  Read the After-Action reports from the LA riots and understand the enormous decrease in legal operations when you federalize the Guard and it invokes Posse Commitatus. The Insurrection Act or Martial Law is the only way to give Federal Troops the breadth of missions that the Guard has in a state status. The frustration is the limiting orders certain Governors place on the Adjutant General. Federalize the Guard and the Governor is out of the picture but Posse applies unless you suspend the Constitution under some form of Martial Law.
Posted by: NoMoreBS   2020-06-02 11:08

#17  Think he might be firing that up Lex. It will be needed as per Posse Comitatus.

The Posse Comitatus Act, which passed after the Civil War to keep federal troops from policing the South, limits federal troops' deployment on U.S. soil and forbids using them to enforce domestic laws. The President can deploy troops if there's an insurrection or invasion on U.S. soil.

#16  /\ Correct! Can't blame Law Enforcement, they are being thrown under the bus on a daily basis. If the mayor and the Chief of police order "abandon ship," the police stations is burned to the ground.

POTUS needs to selectively Federalize the National Guard and bring in Regular Army leadership/advisors as necessary.

#15  Thanks, Besoeker.

Then our only hope at this point is OrangeMan seizing the nettle and invoking the Insurrection Act.

The police in so many of these cities have been restrained for so many years by sadsack left-lib hacks that it's doubtful many of them can rally and take back the streets. (Picture this example 2 days ago from Chicago's Finest if you disagree).

I don't see Antifa/BLM losing steam - quite the opposite. They just staged a fierce gun battle in St Louis outside Police HQ and shot four officers.

This is organized, focused, with carefully chosen targets. Looks like war.

#14  /\ The above data from the article were arming elements and weapons status of the ROE at the time. Some may also recall the small metal 'Full Auto' blocking attachment that was fitted to the M-16 handguard at the receiver.

* If you think there may have been individual soldier deviations from the prescribed weapons status, you are absolutely correct.

#13  These arming order levels were used during the Los Angeles Civil Disturbance:
Arming

AO-II At Port on belt in scabbard holstered on belt OIC/NCOIC empty

#12  Behind the paywall - sorry to ask but could you please paste the relevant text? Thanks in advance.

Anyway if you're right as you probably are, then it seems the only realistic chance at restoring order now is to invoke the Insurrection Act and call out the 101st Airborne etc against these savages. Thoughts?
Posted by: Lex   2020-06-02 10:24

#11  Yep, your memory is wrong on LA. Arming Loading Levels.
Posted by: Procopius2k   2020-06-02 10:19

#10  #8 P2P As for the NG, what is their RoE? Empty weapons and told to take it or retreat?

IIUC - based on what happened in LA in 1992 and Detroit in 1967 - their weapons are loaded and they have orders to suppress disorder with deadly force e.g. by shooting looters on sight. Is my memory wrong?
Posted by: Lex   2020-06-02 10:09

#9  Fine, then invoke the 1807 Insurrection Act and call out the Army.

It is in fact an insurrection aimed at crippling and destroying urban governments across the nation. It must be stopped immediately or it will accelerate and spread beyond the cities.
Posted by: Lex   2020-06-02 09:31

#8  Oh, come on guys.

You can arrest them but if you don't tuck them away for a long time, so what. How many of these barbarians did they put away for their actions on inaugural day in 2017? zip, nada. If you are not going to prosecute what's the point of it?

As for the NG, what is their RoE? Empty weapons and told to take it or retreat? Then a insurrectionist shows up with a loaded gun and relieves the bunch of their military weapons which are now in the others hands. BS.

A government that fails if not refuses to provide protection of your person, your family and your property is no longer legitimate.

#7  These anarchist groups have been around for several years. What kind of intelligence reporting has been taking place on them? Appears to be another 9/11, Military Age Males (MAMS) from the Magic Kingdom taking flight lessons again.

Someone needs to take a very hard look at top level leadership within the FBI.
Posted by: Besoeker   2020-06-02 03:54

#6  The FBI? Doing the same thing. From within the government.

#5  One thing I find curious: Minneapolis. Lousiville. Indianapolis. NY City. Baltimore. Dallas (Amber Guyger shooting that guy in his apartment). LA (going all the way back to Rodney King). Atlanta.

All places where police are alleged to be racist, and to have killed "innocent" black men.

And EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is governed by a liberal Democrat Mayor.

Thats the common thread. Liberals in charge.

#4  95% of the National Guard - about 333,000 IIUC - is standing by, unused, not called up by our deer-in-headlights imbecilic governors.

What is to be done?

#3  Early in every revolution there is a point at which the new movement, having surprised itself by its good fortune in being able to push back the king's Swiss Guards or the Imperial troops and gain a temporary, small victory, pauses and hesitates, unsure what to do next.

At such moments the window of opportunity opens for the forces of order to act swiftly, exploit the immaturity of the sprawling, leaderless, inchoate revolutionary mass, and crush it with precise applications of overwhelming force.

That time is now. Today is the crucial day.

Posted by: Lex   2020-06-02 01:21

#2  The FBI was busy covering up Muller and all the Obama Administration criminals, and spying on Trump.
Posted by: Marilyn Tojo7566   2020-06-02 01:17

#1  Not protests. Not riots.
An anarchist-far left organized, concerted, nationwide effort to destroy the state hence the people's ability to govern themselves in this country.

In short, an insurrection.

Smash it, now.

Break the anarchists' momentum ASAP or else we'll be in Bleeding Kansas, Redux.
