#7 Thank you, guys — I’ll pass that on. She and her husband have had three extra years to prepare themselves and us for this beyond what the doctors originally expected, and their faith has been their shield and comfort throughout. But the key point in this thread is the WuHu Flu did not cause any interruption of her treatment, though elsewhere in the U.S. plenty have and will die because their treatment was set aside for more important patients. |

#3 I think this kind of thing depends on the location. Here in Cincinnati I have a girlfriend who has fought cancer for three years, and had no problem continuing her chemotherapy treatments until her doctors concluded last week that it was no longer helping. She was immediately moved to hospice, and has been getting visitors daily ever since. |
