#7  Russian equipment in both Syria and Libya has taken a lot of hits from Turkey deployed drones.

IIUC, the Pantsyr-S1 can track no more than four targets.

and, of course, as implied above, it actually has to be operated by competent personal.

#5  The Pantsyr may not have been operational yet. As b says, it's pretty far forward and may only have just gotten there.

#4  If the map is correct, the Pantsyr seemed to be operating within the area of greater Tripoli and would indicate that the LNA has made farther advances than previously known.
