Surely it isn’t doing the same thing when it’s a different technology, so surely it won’t get the same reaction from Israel, right? [IsraelTimes] Paleostinian newspaper reports national security adviser cautioned terror group that IDF will shoot down unmanned aircraft if cross-border flights don’t stop.The Israel Defense Forces has allegedly spotted drones that crossed into Israeli airspace for several minutes before returning to the Strip, the al-Quds newspaper reported. The report said National Security Adviser Meir Ben-Shabbat conveyed a message via Egypt’s intelligence that if those "provocations" don’t stop, the IDF would be forced to shoot down the unmanned aircraft. Israel reportedly believes the drones are operated by the Paleostinian Islamic Jihad ...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah... (PIJ) terror group, an internal partner — and sometimes rival — of Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,, which has ruled the Strip since taking over in a bloody coup in 2007 and openly seeks Israel’s destruction. Israel generally holds Hamas responsible for any attacks or threats emanating from Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks.
