Rashawn Smith, 20, is alleged to have created a fake Facebook page which he then used to send 'hoax' threats to protesters demanding justice in the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery

Arbery, 25, was gunned down while jogging in his neighborhood near Brunswick, Georgia, on February 23

Greg McMichael, 64, and his son, Travis McMichael, 34, were initially freed as local prosecutors declined to charge them

But after video of the shooting emerged, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation took over the case and arrested the two men on Thursday, charging them with homicide and aggravated assault

#10 Doesn't matter if he was a jogger or not. There is no stand your ground protection when you chase someone and assault them, and there is no death penalty for theft. The guys that killed this guy should be locked up.

The hoax guy who set up the Facebook account should go to jail for hate crimes as well.

#6 Funny how NBC got busted for editing that Barr interview as NBC was also the same gang that edited Zimmerman's 9-1-1 call to make it "more apparent" that it was racially motivated.

After the Jesse Smollett garbage, each incident the media & politicians jump on should immediately require more scrutiny.

#5 Waffle House going Georgia rooineks with guns. Few surprises here. Perhaps five to ten in a federal pen and never owning a firearm again will cure them of taking the law into their own hands.

The dead man was probably a POS as well, but we will never know for sure.
Innocent until proven guilty. Just my two cents worth.

#4 i still have yet to see definitive proof that this guy was a 'jogger' like every single media outlet describes him.

i've seen photos where it looked like he was wearing heavy boots, not quite what i would describe as jogging material.

there's probably blame due all around, but i'd like to see something definitive as to whether he was really jogging or doing something else. the media has already decided he was jogging and they always lead with that...
