#1  Clashes between Hezbollah-linked Ansar Allah and the Fatah movement broke out at Sidon's Mieh-Mieh refugee camp on 15 October 2018 involving Sunni and Shia factions. A deal to end the clashes and restore stability was brokered by Hezbollah. Since then the Shiites have taken charge.
