| #3 Time to offer some help to the Russians and to our producers and boost prices a bit. Post-crisis we are far better off if we can peel Russia away from the Chinese and figure out a rapprochement with Putin over Ukraine and w Putin and the Saudis re global energy supply conditions. |

| #2 But no one can kill US fracking with a price war. The current operators of the wells can go out of business which is rough for the owners. But as soon as prices go back up someone will buy those shut-in wells etc, hire the field hands back and start fracking again. |

| #1 Have a price war with Saudi Arabia primarily designed to kill US fraking which can't compete at those prices only to have Trump fill the stockpiles and the virus shut down industry so that the frakers can just hit pause while that cheap oil helps the otherwise tottering US economy. |
