#9  Spain, the UK, Italy and the USA all have problems caused by medical personnel who contracted the virus.

I think I read that this was especially bad in Italy. Maybe it was in Spain also.

#8  I can't tell from the article whether the toll is from controlled, observed environments, or includes the abandoned old folks home where they may of died from Wuhan Flu or of neglect.

Spain is a gateway from Africa for drugs and trafficing, perhaps of asians.

#2  Spain has a National Health Care System. It is close to a medicare for all but does not cover everything, it has co-pays and is administered by the various provinces.
