| #7 'can't survive temperatures of 136 degrees' Obviously, you have to heat your entire nose to 136 degrees or it won't work. I'm trying to test this with a sous-vide machine, but I keep having to come up for air. |

| #4 the typical dry sauna is set for about 150F the typical steam room is set for about 110F undoubtedly they help by temporarily relieving some of the symptoms of various conditions, e.g., sinus congestion |
