| #3 Huh... it is almost like the Turks still can't fight worth a damn. --DarthVader Have the Turks actually "fought" yet? They did an anti-partisan push or two, but mostly it has been posturing (think the Italian Army under Mussolini if that militarily competent). The question is (1) How corrupt the Turkish Army was before (2) the Anti-Gülenist Purges got rid of anybody suspected of being competent and/or non-AKP. So far it looks like their proxies and bought thugs are more interested in living than fighting for the Grand Pasha of Istanbul. |
