#2 Very strange.

I showed the image to Mr. Wife, who said that in his experience using Western numbers is not unusual — they use both over there.

#1 Notice that while the info appears in Arabic, in the sheet to the left there are paragraphs that begin with western numbers (1,2,3, etc.) rather than arabic numbers. Very strange.
