| #1 ...Just as a point of information, Lackland has no runways. It's been the primary Basic Military Training facility for the USAF for decades, and is also home to a huge hospital at Wilford Hall. The plane would actually be landing a couple miles away at Kelly Field, then they'd be bussed over to Lackland. Mike |
