| The Secret Sauce of the Democrats' Impeachment Strategy |

| BLUF: [American Thinker] What makes this entire impeachment risk worth their while is... the judiciary. It’s their secret sauce. For decades, the Democrats have had an ideological lock on the judiciary. It has been their failsafe for policy when they are unable to pass desired legislation, promulgate burdensome regulations, or affect change with either a swipe of the President’s pen or by propaganda delivered through the media, the educational system, and Hollywood. Please add "protect a woman's right to choose" to the above para. Then along comes "Trump the Indefatigable" who has completely changed the complexion of the judiciary in the last three years by appointing 187 federal judges, including two Supreme Court justices. One in four circuit court judges is a Trump appointee and he has flipped the very liberal Second and Third Circuits, (NY, CT, VT and NJ, PA, DE, Virgin Islands, respectively) as well as the Eleventh Circuit (FL, AL, GA). He has strikingly leveled the playing field in the oft-reversed, very progressive 9th Circuit and is one appointment away from equalizing the number of Democrat and Republican-appointed judges in the 1st, 4th, and 10th Circuits. This is an astounding accomplishment that concomitantly delivers a resounding death blow to the Democrats and (grin) has them quaking in their goose-stepping boots. They know, all too well, the power of the judiciary to influence legislation and drive the culture. Emphasis added. |

| #6 Another extremely insightful analysis. What's at risk in this criminalization of politics, ultimately, is due process -- the essence of rule of law. We can (semi-) joke about Tge Shitshow, but the SS's stakes are deadly serious. The goal is not just to win elections with dark arts and lies, or to overturn elected presidents, but to reverse judicial appointments. Federal judiciary, the executive branch, Congress... doesn't stop there. The Shitshow crew is literally seeking to upend our system of government at every single level. Local government and law enforcement? The SS and its sugar daddy Soros have already spent over $100 million to ensure the election of literally pro-criminal DAs and mayors in Chicago, San Francisco, New York, Boston and elsewhere. Sugar Daddy #2, Bloomberg, is sending even greater sums to do same wrt destroying 2nd Amendment rights via local and state puppet-officials who've received millions from him in campaign cash. Federal law enforcement? Call for the literal destruction of the immigration law enforcement arm. Create ironically-named Orwellian "sanctuary cities" laws to protect criminals and other illegal aliens who have no right to even be here -- and shower the illegals' children with benefits including expensive scholarships to public universities. Civil law and torts? The SS, its media mouthpieces and its Twitter-locusts have been on a tear here, hurling untold numbers of libels and slanders, every minute of every day, against thousands of victims across the country. Schoolchildren. College boys. Respected judges, doctors, professors, teachers. Fifth generation small business owner-families. Ordinary citizens, moms and dads, grannies: Everyone is now at risk of the Shitshow's Wrath, delivered with a manic fury in defiance of all our norms of civilized behavior and due process. Yeah, this is different. These people are dangerous and need to be halted before they do even more damage. |
