2020-01-13
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Matthew Dingley,
...a construction foreman in upstate New York with a very odd LinkedIn page...
28, was arrested January 9 in Newark, New Jersey, police said

  • He was taken into custody after allegedly trying to storm United Airlines cockpit

  • Witnesses said Dingley then brutally attacked a flight attendant who intervened

  • Passengers were forced to stop Dingley from allegedly hurting the attendant
    A pack, not a herd...
  • Those incidents occurred while the pilots were attempting to land in Newark

  • Once on the ground, Dingley allegedly attacked six police officers, including one officer who suffered four broken ribs

  • He faces several charges that include aggravated assault and resisting arrest

  • He was arrested in 2016 after leading police officers on a chase in North Carolina, and found guilty of a DWI in New York in 2017.

#2  State and federal charges. Unless the local federal DA wants to litigate in Attu AK, he'd better go for the interference with flight crew for the max.
