[Libya Observer] Italian Foreign Minister, Luigi Di Maio has said that he did not sign the final statement of the foreign ministers meeting of the states of Egypt, La Belle France, Cyprus, and Greece in Cairo last Wednesday because it was "unbalanced" and against the Government of National Accord and  ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire...Di Maio underscored in an interview with the Italian newspaper "Corriere della Sera" that Turkey is still a major ally of his country.
