| #3 we know that lots of foreign aid gets recycled back to the politicians that directed it there in the first place. I wonder how many bidens exist in the EUSSR. |

Sure, there is corruption and skimming, but you can buy a whole *bleep*load of red binders for a mere quarter-billion.
