[Bangkok Post] A bomb blast damaged the railway track between Sungai Padi and To Deng stations in Narathiwat province early Wednesday morning, halting southbound trains at Tanyong Mat station. There were no injuries reported.Police spokesman Krisana Patanacharoen said the bombing took place on a track in Sungai Padi district. He blamed southern insurgents.
State railway officials said the explosion damaged a one-meter section of the track, about two kilometers from Sungai Padi station.
